Our History
Harbor began in 2007 under the leadership of principals Trena Adair and Leslie Davis with the goal of becoming the go-to resource and consulting firm for industrial, commercial, government and military clients of all shapes and sizes.
Since then, Harbor has continued to grow, acquiring Blaylock Threet Engineers in 2015. All together, the professionals at Harbor have a combined 55+ years of experience and know what it takes to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions for the variety of environmental and engineering issues each of our clients face.
