Our History
2007
We Began with a Goal
& a Dream
Harbor began under the leadership of Trena Adair and Leslie Davis with the goal of becoming the go-to resource and consulting firm for industrial, commercial, government, and military clients of all shapes and sizes and a dream of being more than just a place to work.
2015
Our Team Begins
to Grow
In 2015, Harbor acquired Blaylock Threet Engineers, expanding our engineering service offerings. This resulted in a combined 55+ years of staff experience. Since then, we have continued to grow in staff size and levels of expertise.
2022
We Head in a
New Direction
Following the leave of Trena Adair, Leslie Davis becomes the new President and CEO of Harbor, carrying the banner of Harbor’s evergreen goal: provide clients local, national, and international with innovative, efficient, and cost-effective engineering, EHS compliance, and sustainability solutions.
2024
We Look to the Future
Today, Harbor has officially merged with Terracon to become Harbor, A Terracon Company. This strategic merger allows us to continue serving our clients with the added expansion of resources and expertise as part of Terracon’s extensive network of over 175 offices and 6,000+ employees nationwide.
We are better equipped than ever before to provide comprehensive solutions and innovative services. As part of Terracon, we are excited to bring even greater value to our clients, propelling you and your company to success.
