Ms. Adair, co-founder of Harbor has provided safety and environmental consulting solutions for over 25 years. She has recently stepped down as CEO and will assist the Leadership Team over the next year in a full transition of responsibilities to the leadership team. As a founding principal and Safety expert, Trena understands the importance of quickly determining client’s key issues and providing a detailed plan of action for solutions and implementation of change needed to ensure safety compliance as well as reducing overall safety and health risks. She has played a role in assisting a variety of clients from small to international Fortune 500 companies, providing compliance solutions that have saved clients significant resources in direct and indirect costs. Her experience also includes providing acquisition support, environmental permitting, and setting up internal compliance systems, including ISO 14001 Environmental Management System development. Trena serves on the Advisory Board to the Arkansas Environmental Training Academy (AETA) which is a division of Southern Arkansas University Tech (SAUT) and co-chair of the Arkansas Environmental Federations SHE Committee, as well as, presenting at speaking engagements for other industry functions.

Mrs. Davis is Vice President and Principal of Harbor. Over the last 27 years, Leslie has guided numerous clients through the maze of environmental compliance requirements associated with site-specific permits, general regulatory programs, and implementation of corporate policies at the local level. She serves on several regulatory committees providing valuable insight to both regulators and the regulated community. She has a unique ability to bring complex regulatory requirements down to site-specific, detailed implementation plans. Her experience consulting for all types of industry and governmental clients is invaluable as our clients transition from merely complying with EHS regulations to sustainability reporting and telling their story about how their businesses impact our natural and human environment.

Andrew Rike, P.E.
Mr. Rike is Principal and serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors at Harbor. Mr. Rike is a production-minded and quality-oriented Professional Engineer registered in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Ohio, Texas and Colorado. Mr. Rike practices Civil and Environmental Engineering with a focus on water and wastewater design and permitting. He also has broad experience in the areas of roads, drainage, structural, site design, estimating, construction supervision, construction QA/QC, project funding and safety, as well as air and hazardous waste permitting. He works with municipal, commercial and industrial clients on design and permitting products and maintains good relationships with regulatory, government and funding entities. Mr. Rike has also developed numerous SPCC and SWPP Plans, as well as OSHA safety plans and programs.

Ms. Tresa Adair serves as Treasurer on Harbor’s Board of Directors and is the Vice President of Operations. Ms. Adair develops strategies both in business development and opportunities as well as our marketing efforts. Over the past four years, Tresa has developed custom data systems for safety auditing reporting and as development/system manager for a select group of our clients EHS Management software systems. Ms. Adair has served as Director of Marketing Communication Services at BioLab, Inc. out of Georgia (now Chemtura) and Sr. Production Manager, Marketing Communications for Putnam Investments headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. With Tresa’s combined marketing experience, finance background and affinity in assessing and developing systems for optimal efficiency and effectiveness offers many of our clients solutions not typically offered in other consulting firms. She and the operations team continuously assess internal infrastructure to build systems and processes scalable and effective for growth of the company and serving our clients.
