The Harbor Systems and Operations team consists of individuals with diverse backgrounds and enables us to provide the most cost efficient solutions to our clients through standardized processes, procedures and attention to detail. This division handles a multitude of duties from every day operations, accounting functions, Information Technology, client software development and implementation, marketing and business development.
Tresa Adair
Ms. Tresa Adair serves as Treasurer on Harbor’s Board of Directors and is the Vice President of Operations. Ms. Adair develops strategies both in business development and opportunities as well as our marketing efforts. Over the past four years, Tresa has developed custom data systems for safety auditing reporting and as development/system manager for a select group of our clients EHS Management software systems. Ms. Adair has served as Director of Marketing Communication Services at BioLab, Inc. out of Georgia (now Chemtura) and Sr. Production Manager, Marketing Communications for Putnam Investments headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. With Tresa’s combined marketing experience, finance background and affinity in assessing and developing systems for optimal efficiency and effectiveness offers many of our clients solutions not typically offered in other consulting firms. She and the operations team continuously assess internal infrastructure to build systems and processes scalable and effective for growth of the company and serving our clients.

Stephanie Wilkerson
Ms. Wilkerson is an environmental professional with over 15 years of professional experience and serves as a Director in Harbor’s Digital Solutions Group. She has broad experience in environmental management, including compliance auditing, air permitting, sustainability, EHS Management software and regulatory reporting. Clients receive practical and proven solutions from her previous experience in manufacturing, as well as solid regulatory interpretations from her previous experience in state government. Ms. Wilkerson specializes in compliance auditing and digital solutions, but is also experienced in development and auditing environmental management systems; she has lead auditor training for the ISO 14001:2015 Standard.

Mary Ann Rhoades
Ms. Rhoades has been supporting the operations at Harbor since 2009. Her experience as one of the first members of the Harbor team is invaluable as she has provided both internal support and external support with technical writing with clients. Most recently, Mary Ann has moved into the role of Business and Marketing Analyst. Her focus is on daily accounting operations and assisting in developing and implementing the processes critical to maintain the most efficient and cost effective services to our clients. She also plays a crucial part in marketing efforts.
Shawn White
Mr. White joined Harbor in 2017 and brings a wealth of knowledge both with IT infrastructure as well as programming and software development. Shawn has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and was most recently a Quality Supervisor defining and implementing Quality audit standards and serving on global software projects.
Marius Meyer
Marius is highly creative and skilled systems implementation specialist. With a Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana Campaign, he has developed, implemented and maintained several custom software solutions over the past eight years. Recently, Marius worked in the capacity of Quality Systems Manager for a large Food Manufacturing firm in the Chicago, Illinois area.
Sherry Hethcox
Ms. Hethcox joined Harbor from Blaylock Threet Engineers. She has assisted the Blaylock Threet staff with Engineering proposals and daily office operations for many years. At Harbor, Sherry plays a large role in assisting the Engineering Division as well as providing office support as Office Manager. Sherry has proven that her organizational skills and professionalism are exactly the model we strive for at Harbor.
Lauren Stout
Ms. Stout joined Harbor in September 2014 and quickly become an integral part of our team. Her 20 years of experience in office management and background in teaching has allowed her to catch on quickly to the processes within Harbor. Her organizational skills and efficiency has made her an asset when coordinating projects within our three divisions.
Hayden Krisell
Hayden Krisell, Harbor’s Marketing Coordinator and Graphic Designer, joined Harbor May 2021 after working as the Marketing Associate for Rock Region METRO, Central Arkansas’ public transit agency. As the Marketing Coordinator and Graphic Designer, Hayden works with all of Harbor’s teams to produce engaging material for the promotion of Harbor, as well as for Harbor’s various clients.
