Harbor has three business units – Environmental, Safety and Engineering.  Many of our staff are well versed in all of these divisions and it is typical that most staff will cross over and assist with other divisions.  We strongly believe that hiring and developing our staff is one of the most important goals for Harbor.  Without a strong staff, we could not achieve our ultimate goal – to provide the best service and perform as the most reliable resource possible to our clients.
