David Fields is a Survey Technician and Drafting Design Technician with more than five years of experience in Harbor’s Surveying Division. He has experience in Civil, Architectural, and Commercial design, as well as Civil 3D drawings and Revit.

David works closely with the Environmental Compliance team revising, preparing and updating drawings, as well as conducting field surveys and groundwater testing. David is a licensed and experienced asbestos inspector and has conducted inspections for numerous clients within the state of Arkansas.
